Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of trafficking and gang-raping a 17-year-old girl in his New York recording studio in 2003.

Former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre is also accused of participating in the assault.

The Jane Doe plaintiff is the fourth woman to accuse the music mogul of sexual assault in the past three weeks.

In the 14-page lawsuit, Jane Doe alleges she was at a Detroit lounge with a friend when she met Harve Pierre.

He singled her out, complimented her, and put her on the phone with Diddy, who personally invited her on an impromptu trip to New York on a private jet.

After Jane Doe had been “convinced” to go, Pierre lured her into the bathroom at the lounge.

Once inside Harve allegedly smoked crack cocaine and sexually assaulted the teen.

According to the complaint, they boarded the private jet and arrived in Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, where an SUV was waiting for them.

Jane, Harve, and an unidentified third man were taken to Daddy’s House Recording Studio where Diddy was finishing up work with a recording artist.

The lawsuit, obtained by Rolling Stone, includes photos allegedly taken inside the studio that night and one photo shows the teen sitting on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lap.

At the time, the Bad Boy Entertainment founder was 34-years-old.

The lawsuit states Jane Doe was fed a “copious” amount of intoxicants as Diddy, Harve, and the third man hit on her “incessantly” and groped her body.

As the teen became so inebriated that everything started to “blur,” Diddy allegedly led her to a bathroom where he allegedly sexually assaulted her against her will – twice.

The lawsuit states Jane was slipping in and out of consciousness and at one point she looked in the mirror to see the third man had replaced Diddy and was sexually assaulting her.

The complaint states Diddy watched while sitting in a chair outside of the bathroom.

Jane Doe alleges the third man ignored her pleas to stop, but he eventually got out of the way so that Harve Pierre could take a turn.

Harve allegedly sexually assaulted the teen again.

Ms. Doe remembers that Mr. Pierre was sweaty and that she had difficulty breathing,” the lawsuit alleges.

“When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain.”

Once the teen “regained her bearings” enough to walk with assistance, she was taken to the airport and flown back to Detroit.

Jane Doe has “very limited recollection” of the return flight and “only remembers being in her car sometime early in the morning.”

The lawsuit, which includes a trigger warning on the first page, was filed on behalf of the teen by attorney Douglas H. Wigdor, the same attorney who filed R&B singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s explosive lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Cassie, who was an artist on Bad Boy and dated Combs for over a decade, accused him of repeated physical abuse, sex trafficking, and rape.

Diddy settled Cassie’s lawsuit a day later.

In a statement released to the media and shared on his socials, Diddy vehemently denies the gang rape allegations against him.

Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.

Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.

50 Cent is reportedly in the early stages of developing a documentary about Diddy and his mounting sexual assault allegations.

In addition to Cassie’s lawsuit, Diddy was sued by Joi Dickerson-Neal, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her on camera in 1991.

Diddy was also sued by a Jane Doe who claims he and Aaron Hall of the R&B group Guy, sexually assaulted her and her friend in the early 90s.

As a result of the mounting allegations, Sean “Diddy” Combs has stepped down as Chairman of Revolt TV and Capital Preparatory Charter Schools ended their partnership with him in November.
