Gunplay has been arrested again after violating the restraining order his estranged wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, has against him.
The rapper and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star, whose real name is Richard Morales Jr., was arrested outside of Vonshae’s home on Wednesday.
His ankle monitor pinged the Florida Department of Corrections Community Control and alerted them to him being in the area.
Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s deputies were able to beat Gunplay to Vonshae’s home as he was driving there and took him into custody.
Keep in mind…this is the EIGHTH time Gunplay has violated his estranged wife’s restraining order, which prohibits him from coming within 500 feet of her.
In August, Gunplay was arrested after he flew into a drunken rage, pointed an AK-47 at his wife’s chest, and threatened to shoot her while she was holding their baby.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and child abuse.
Earlier this month, the rapper lost custody of his 7-month-old daughter, Osanna, after he failed to appear in court.

According to TMZ, Gunplay has missed three court hearings in regard to the temporary restraining order.
If he misses another hearing the order will become permanent and will keep him away from their daughter until she is 18.
I previously reported that Vonshae Taylor-Morales took to social media and said that their daughter’s heart defect was a result of Gunplay’s drug use.

Gunplay is down bad and I pray he gets the help he needs – if not for himself…at least for his daughter.
