Gunplay has lost custody of his 7-month-old daughter Osanna because he failed to appear in court on Monday.

In August, the rapper and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star, whose real name is Richard Morales, Jr., was arrested after he flew into a drunken rage and pointed an AK-47 at his wife’s chest and threatened to shoot her while she was holding their baby.

Thankfully, Vonshae Taylor-Morales was eventually able to get out of the apartment with her baby unharmed.

Gunplay was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and child abuse.

Vonshae secured a restraining order and has since filed for divorce

According to TMZ, Gunplay has missed three court hearings in regard to the temporary restraining order.

If he misses another hearing the order will become permanent and will keep him away from their daughter until she is 18.

As of right now, Gunplay will have to conduct his visits with his baby girl virtually using the TalkingParents app.

Any in-person visits with Osanna will have to be set and monitored by the court.

I previously reported that Vonshae Taylor-Morales took to social media and said that their daughter’s heart defect was a result of Gunplay’s drug use.

I seriously hope Gunplay gets his life together if not for him – at least for his precious baby girl.
