Gunplay was arrested over the weekend and is facing multiple charges after he allegedly pointed a gun at his wife and baby during a dispute over his Xbox.

The rapper and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” alum, whose real name is Richard Morales Jr., was highly intoxicated and became enraged when his wife asked him to keep the noise down while he was playing his Xbox.

Gunplay’s wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, told police the rapper started throwing gas cups and liquor bottles.

Vonshae quickly covered the six-month-old baby with a blanket to protect her from flying glass.

According to the police report, Gunplay then picked up a rifle (AK-47) and pointed it at his wife’s chest, and threatened to shoot her.

Vonshae told police she was holding the baby at the time.

The rapper would not allow his wife to leave and he tried to take the baby away from her – grabbing the infant by the neck and head.

Thank God, Vonshae was eventually able to get out of the apartment with the baby.

She ran down a hallway and contacted her parents, who called the police.

Gunplay was arrested and is facing several charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and child abuse.

You may recall that the rapper recently lashed out at the public after people who donated to his daughter’s GoFundMe requested refunds.

Gunplay and his wife launched a GoFundMe earlier this year after their daughter was born with a heart defect and needed to undergo surgery.

Months later, he posted a video of himself gifting Rick Ross a diamond-flooded necklace and pendant.

Gunplay also had a public dispute with DJ Envy of “The Breakfast Club” for mentioning the GoFundMe during his back-and-forth with Rick Ross.

The rapper ultimately sent Envy a cease and desist.

The bottom line is Gunplay needs serious help!

Drunk or not – threatening to shoot your spouse while she’s holding your baby is bottom-of-the-barrel trash behavior.

Since his arrest, the rapper has deleted his socials.
