You People, the star-studded Netflix film from Kenya Barris and Jonah Hill is now streaming on Netflix and viewers have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on the film.
The romantic comedy follows how a new couple and their families reckon with modern love amid cultural clashes, societal expectations, and generational differences.
Not that you asked, but I thought the film was cute.
It wasn’t a masterpiece, but it was an enjoyable watch for my family’s Friday Night Movie.
I was most excited about the cast! Eddie Murphy, Nia Long, and Lauren London? Yes, please.
In the second act of the film, they started ODing on the guest appearances, but ultimately I was happy to see everyone get a check.
Last, but certainly not least, whoever was in charge of choosing the music for this film is the real MVP.
