Vonshae Taylor-Morales is saying her beautiful daughter, Osanna, was born with a heart defect because of Gunplay’s drug abuse.
The “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star was live on Instagram and opened up about the situation while getting her makeup done.
Vonshae said:
The reason why my daughter had a heart defect is because of his drug abuse history. Like he was the cause of her defect. Y’all could Google this.
Anybody who abuses cocaine, ketamine, which he did do. He actually OD’d on ketamine twice. Cocaine, ketamine all this type of things…it causes cognitive like disorders and dysfunctions and s*** like that.
So that’s why my daughter’s heart was f***** up and he took it really hard.
Vonshae Taylor-Morales went on to talk about how she initially didn’t know about Gunplay’s drug abuse, but then he began to show telltale signs and it began affecting their relationship.

You may recall that Osanna had to undergo open heart surgery when she was born and the couple launched a GoFundMe to raise funds to cover the procedure.
The surgery was a success, but the drama surrounding the GoFundMe was a mess.
Thank God, Osanna is thriving and absolutely adorable.
I previously reported Gunplay was arrested after he pulled a gun on Vonshae while she was holding their infant daughter.
She has since filed for divorce, but at one point said he refused to sign the papers.
Vonshae Taylor-Morales and Gunplay’s toxic relationship (prior to the arrest) is currently playing out weekly on reality TV.

Did she not watch Miami in the past when he was on. She didn’t do her research on him enough, risking over him.
