Blueface was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday for attempted murder.
The 25-year-old rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter, was taken down by multiple officers and cuffed outside of Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles in Las Vegas.
Blueface’s girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, was with him at the time of his arrest and she appeared to be completely shocked and confused by what was happening.
She took to Twitter and tweeted:
See the video of the arrest below.
Earlier this month, police issued felony arrest warrants for Blueface and two other men who allegedly carried out a brutal attack on a bouncer, in September.
The rapper and the two men were charged with felony assault and felony robbery for allegedly taking the bouncer’s chain.
TMZ released a video of the brutal incident, which appears to show Blueface and three other men stomping, kicking, and punching the bouncer.
The bouncer was taken to the hospital by ambulance and treated with stitches.
It appears the warrant Blueface was arrested for on Tuesday stems from a separate incident that took place on October 8 because he was charged with felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas.
The rapper is also facing additional charges of discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle or craft.
LVMPD released the following statement:
On November 15, 2022 at approximately 2:40 p.m., LVMPD detectives arrested 25-year-old Johnathan Porter on charges stemming from a shooting that took place on October 8, 2022, in the 6300 block of Windy Road.
Porter was arrested outside a business in the 300 block of Hughes Center Drive.
He will be booked into the Clark County Detention Center on warrants for attempted murder with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm at/into an occupied structure.
