It’s with a heavy heart that I report Ms Jacky Oh!, mother, entrepreneur, and longtime partner of DC Young Fly, has passed away.
According to TMZ, Jacky died in Miami at the age of 32.
Details surrounding her cause of death have not been disclosed, but a social media post shows Jacky posing with cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Zach, two days ago and the caption read:

Dr. Zach refers to himself as a “Liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift Specialist” and often boasts of immediate results and one to two-week recovery time for patients.
Following the news of Ms Jacky Oh!’s passing Dr. Zach deleted the post of her posing with him.
The comment section of his Instagram was filling up with comments accusing him of killing Jacky.
Dr. Zach has since disabled the comments on his Instagram page.
Ms Jacky Oh!, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, was a “Wild N’ Out” girl before she met DC Young Fly in 2015 when he made his debut on the show.
DC, born John Whitfield, and Jacky fell in love and were together nearly a decade before her untimely passing.
They welcomed three beautiful children together, daughters Nova and Nala, and their baby boy, Prince, in July 2022.
On Mother’s Day, she wrote:
i do a lot. but being a mommy is my favorite 🥹🤞🏽 God chose me 3X 🙏
I promise i never take it for granted.
Im so damn blessed man!

She had just taken her babies to see The Little Mermaid last week.
Last month, Jacky took to social media to share how she was transforming after drawing nearer to God.
When you start drawing nearer to God – reading and really listening to the word and applying it in real life – there’s such a beautiful awakening and transforming power that you start to feel and I just really love that for me and also for all my loved ones that are experiencing it as well.
Every conversation I’ve had lately has God all up in it and he really has the answer to every single thing.
God is so dope.

DC Young Fly was reportedly in Atlanta filming “Wild N’ Out” when he learned the news of Ms Jacky Oh!’s passing.
The official Instagram account for the show paid tribute to Jacky writing:
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.
Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.
The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.
