Misa Hylton has broken her silence on social media to share how Netflix’s “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” docuseries and recent remarks made by former Bad Boy security guard Gene Deal have impacted her and her son, Justin Combs.
In a heartfelt post on her official Instagram page, Misa shared a clip of Gene Deal discussing Diddy, herself, and Justin along with a caption that immediately stopped folks in their scroll.
She wrote:
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a private person, and it pains me that I even have to post this.
The harassment my son and I have been dealing with because of things implied by Gene Deal and stated in a recent Netflix documentary has been heartbreaking.
The truth is: the public is being misled about me and my child.
We’ve been dragged into something we never asked for… a cruel game built on rumors and agendas. Please take a moment before believing everything you hear.
The most painful part is that this is happening because of men I once trusted to protect me, not harm me.
And the saddest thing is that none of this affects the people spreading it. It only hurts me and my son.
Like Gene said, we’ve been treated as “casualties of war.”
With a little critical thinking it would be easy to realize that the things being said could not possibly be true because of the results that would come from these disparaging statements if they were in fact true.

Just one day earlier, Misa also shared screenshots of a text exchange between herself and Alexandria Stapleton, the director of Diddy’s Netflix docuseries.
The messages allude to Misa possibly having her own show coming to Netflix.
She captioned the post with scripture, writing:
Until they confess all the lies they said against you to gain favor, they’ll never know PEACE. Isaiah 48:22.

Misa Hylton has largely stayed silent while others have told pieces of her story or alleged experiences involving her and Diddy.
There have long been stories about her allegedly suffering abuse at the hands of the disgraced music mogul, so many people were stunned to see her attending court daily for his trial.

You may recall that after the footage of Diddy brutally assaulting Cassie surfaced, Misa revealed the video triggered her own past trauma.

She later explained that she was in court to support her son, Justin, whom she shares with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
But let’s be honest.
None of the allegations about Diddy’s behavior or character are a shock to Misa Hylton.
In June 2023, after Justin’s DUI arrest, Misa hopped on Instagram and aired Diddy out without hesitation.
She wrote, “A fish rots from the head down” and at this point, Diddy is surströmming.
