You may recall that Tiny Harris famously went to Africa in 2014 to change her eye color from brown to “ice gray.”

The Xscape singer and reality TV star traveled to the motherland to undergo the procedure because it was illegal in the United States at the time.

Tiny told ABC News that she “just wanted to do something different.”

She went on to give the details of the procedure saying:

They go into the eye and they make a little slit. They take an implant and it’s folded up.

They open it and spread it over your eye.

They told me that the procedure was going to be quick, five to 10 minutes an eye. They woke me up.

It was very blurry, then it kind of fades in.

I looked into the mirror and I was like, ‘They are amazing,'” she said. “I love them.”

Tiny’s daughter, Zonnique Pullins, also underwent surgery in Tunisia to change her eye color from brown to grayish blue, but her experience wasn’t as smooth as her mother’s.

Zonnique began to experience issues with her eyes and reversed the surgery a few years later after a doctor told her she could potentially go blind.

The OMG Girlz singer told a fan on Instagram:

I can say that my experience wasn’t the best in the long term but everyone is different.

My mom’s are fine. My eye started bothering me, the doctor told me that you could possibly go blind.

Jessica White promised to give her followers the details of her surgery to get honey gold eyes and they are eagerly awaiting the scoop.

One person commented, “Omg. I’ve been wanting to do this. Send deets sis.”

I remember going through my colored contact lenses stage back in the day.

But I don’t have the desire to play reindeer games with my eyes.

Would you ever consider permanently changing your eye color?
