Lil Scrappy may be leaving “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” according to his recent Instagram post.
The rapper and reality TV star has seemingly shifted his focus back to music and he’s set his sights on the movie industry.
Scrappy, whose real name is Darryl Richardson, teased that he and his LHHATL co-star Khaotic have landed their very own dating show where they are “looking for the right ones…or hundreds.”
In a message posted on his Instagram page, Lil Scrappy announced his pivot writing:
No more TV screens just movie money. Ain’t got time for the games ya dig.
We finna take this movie and music to another level and le the women have the TV. New music and movies going up, jack.

You may recall, Lil Scrappy, who has been a “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast member since the show debuted on June 18, 2012, criticized the show for “setting people up” after Erica Mena was fired.
Over the years, we’ve also watched Scrappy navigate his relationships with Erica Dixon, the mother of his daughter, Emani Richardson, Shay Johnson, and Diamond, and his marriage and divorce from Bambi.
Will you miss Scrappy if he decides not to return for Season 12?
