Cassie Files Shocking Lawsuit Against Diddy Accusing Him Of Rape, Repeated Abuse, & Sex Trafficking

How It Ended…

The court filing says in 2018 after Cassie and Diddy met for dinner, he forced his way into her apartment and raped her while she “repeatedly said ‘no’ and tried to push him away.”

After the assault, Cassie left Diddy for good, according to her lawsuit.

A year later, she married personal trainer, Alex Fine, and they have two children together.

Why Is Cassie Filing A Lawsuit Now?

Cassie Ventura said in a statement:

After years in silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.

Diddy Denies Cassie’s Allegations

Diddy is denying the shocking allegations of rape and repeated physical abuse in Cassie’s lawsuit.

His attorney Ben Brafman is calling the lawsuit “blatant blackmail.”

Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations.

For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.

Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.

Cassie’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, confirmed the parties had spoken before the lawsuit was filed.

Mr. Combs offered Ms. Ventura eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit,” he said. “She rejected his efforts.”

Cassie is seeking an UNSPECIFIED amount of damages.

You may recall, that this isn’t the first time Diddy was publicly accused of abuse.

In 2019, a woman by the name of Virginia V detailed her horrific relationship with Diddy in an interview with Tasha K – and no one believed her.
