The family of Adriana Graham is seeking answers after the Brooklyn teen who was killed weeks before her high school graduation.
On May 4, police responded to a 911 call and found 18-year-old Adriana in the lobby of the Harding Arms Apartments in Crown Heights around 2:26 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the head.
Medics rushed her to Kings County Hospital in critical condition where she died of her injuries two days later.
A police source told the NY Daily News Adriana Graham was playing around with a gun while filming a TikTok video with a friend when the shooting occurred, but her older sister, India Washington, said that information is “inaccurate.”
We don’t know exactly what happened.
No one will understand what we’re going through unless it was your family. I just pray.
Where is that coming from?
It’s very inaccurate.
She was scheduled to graduate this year, she was a great student.
I would like there to be justice for her.
India says she doesn’t know what her sister was even doing in a neighborhood that is “worse than the projects.”
She had a wonderful life, always happy and smiling.
She had no trials and tribulations. She was a respectful young lady. We all have a date and time on when we are going to go.
It’s the how and the why that upsets me. It’s really messed up.
If you have any information regarding the shooting death of Adriana Graham, police contact the police immediately.
My sincerest condolences to her family and all who knew and loved her.
