Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in a new lawsuit filed on Thanksgiving Day.
This lawsuit comes a week after his ex-girlfriend Cassie filed an explosive lawsuit against the music mogul accusing him of rape, repeated physical abuse, and sex trafficking.

In the new lawsuit, filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, Joie Dickerson-Neal alleges she was a student at Syracuse University when she went out on a date with Diddy in 1991.
They had dinner at the Wells Restaurant in Harlem and the plaintiff alleges Diddy fed her drugs that left her incapacitated.
He allegedly took Joie Dickerson-Neal back to the place where she was staying and sexually assaulted her.
“As was his practice, but unbeknownst to Ms. Dickerson, Combs video recorded the sexual assault. Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men,” the suit alleges.
“Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, ‘Everyone.’”
The lawsuit claims Joie reported the incident to authorities in New York and New Jersey, but the people who knew about the video were afraid to come forward out of fear Diddy would retaliate against them.
A representative for Sean “Diddy” Combs is calling the lawsuit and allegations nothing more than a money grab.
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head,” the statement said.
“Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
Joie Dickerson-Neal is seeking unspecified damages, lists as causes of action assault and battery and says Diddy violated sex trafficking and revenge porn laws.
She also names businsesses associated with Diddy as co-defendants.
50 Cent, who has been trolling the music mogul non-stop, took to his Instagram page to write:
I told you, I just said and here they come in 5,4,3,2,1. I don’t know WTF going on here this is crazy.
Damn I hope he alright if you cool with him check on him. All jokes a side this is a lot.
