Prime Video is not playing with us this month. Between returning favorites and a few new titles that could easily take over your watchlist, May 2026 is looking real strong.
And if you’re anything like me, you don’t have time to scroll for 20 minutes trying to figure out what’s worth it.
So I went ahead and did that part for you.
What’s New On Prime Video In May 2026
- “Citadel” Season 2 returns with higher stakes and global chaos
- “Good Omens” Season 3 dives deeper into Aziraphale and Crowley’s story
- A brand-new “Jack Ryan” movie raises the pressure
- “Spider-Noir” brings a darker, noir-style twist to the superhero world
- Romance, comedy, and coming-of-age drama round out the lineup
“Citadel” Season 2 (May 6)

We’re jumping right back into the action.
Mason Kane (Richard Madden), Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), and Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci) are pulled out of hiding when a dangerous new threat emerges.
With Manticore still pulling strings behind the scenes, the team has to recruit new operatives and stop a conspiracy that could reshape humanity.
If you love high-stakes espionage with twists you don’t see coming, this one is already at the top of my list.
“Good Omens” Season 3 (May 13)

I’m not even going to pretend I’m emotionally prepared for this one.
Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) is now stepping into a powerful role in Heaven, while Crowley (David Tennant) is left behind trying to make sense of it all.
Their relationship is fractured, the stakes are bigger than ever, and the story leans deeper into love, loyalty, and what happens when everything changes.
If you’re invested in their story, just know… this season might test you.
“Off Campus” (May 13)

This one feels like your next binge, especially if you love romance with a little drama.
Set in the world of college athletics, the series follows an elite ice hockey team and the relationships surrounding them.
At the center is Hannah, a quiet songwriter, and Garrett, the school’s star athlete.
Opposites attract, feelings get messy, and friendships are tested.
It’s fun, it’s emotional, and it’s easy to get hooked on.
“It’s Not Like That” (May 15)

This one might surprise a lot of people.
Malcolm (Scott Foley) is a widowed pastor raising three kids, while Lori (Erinn Hayes) is navigating life after divorce with her two teens.
Their families used to be close, but now they’re trying to figure out what comes next.
Is it a love story? Maybe. Is it complicated and real? Absolutely.
“Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War” (May 20)

Jack Ryan is back, and this mission feels more personal than ever.
When a covert operation falls apart, Ryan is pulled back into the field to take down a rogue black-ops unit.
With Mike November (Michael Kelly), James Greer (Wendell Pierce), and a new MI6 partner (Sienna Miller) in the mix, the clock is ticking fast.
If you like your action intense and your stakes high, this is one to watch.
“Spider-Noir” (May 27)

I have a feeling this is going to be the sleeper hit of the month.
Nicolas Cage stars as Ben Reilly, a private investigator in 1930s New York who’s forced to confront his past while protecting the city as its only superhero.
The noir tone, the setting, the story… it all feels different in the best way.
This is not your typical superhero series, and honestly, that’s why I’m excited about it.
