Mase doesn’t regret leaving the rap game at the height of his career.
The rapper-turned-“It Is What It Is” podcast host, whose real name is Mason Betha, is confident he made the right decision.
In a clip that’s making its rounds on social media, Mase said:
Everything now that we see playing out…was all the things I escaped: the car, the Shyne, the Loon, the Puff Daddy, the Craig Mack, the Biggie Smalls…
Even though I made those decisions and it cost me money – that’s why I got with Killa and they gave me the money back.
I didn’t lose no money. Destiny.

Based on what we see today, Mase clearly made the right decision.
