Kenya Moore, a staple of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (RHOA), will not be returning for Season 16 following her suspension, Deadline has learned.

The reality star was put on pause amid an investigation into an incident during filming where she allegedly displayed sexual images of her co-star and newcomer, Brittany Eady.

The Incident

The controversy erupted during an event promoting one of Moore’s business ventures.

According to videos shared online, the situation took a dramatic turn when sexually explicit images of Eady were displayed.

The scandal quickly went viral on social media, prompting Moore to defend herself.

“Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. The truth always comes to light,” Moore posted on Instagram.

She also took to X (formerly Twitter) to refute claims of “revenge porn,” stating, “I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail. I have always been vindicated. I can’t talk about STORY even with people planting fake news.”

Bravo’s Stance

According to a report by TMZ, Bravo has not fired Kenya but has left the door open for a potential return in the future.

However, another source indicated that the network hasn’t discussed that option for now.

Moore is reportedly considering her legal options following the incident.

Kenya Moore’s RHOA Journey

Kenya Moore joined RHOA in Season 5 and quickly became a fan favorite.

She maintained her “peach” for six seasons before taking a break in Season 11.

Kenya returned as a full-time housewife in Season 12 and has been a central figure in the series ever since.

Season 16 was anticipated to be a reboot season, with Kenya and Drew Sidora being the only two returning housewives from Season 15.

After a two-season break, Bravo also brought back Porsha Williams and featured former RHOA star Cynthia Bailey as a guest star.

New cast additions included Angela Oakley, Brittany Eady, and Kelli Ferrell.

Support From Kandi Burruss

Following news of Kenya Moore’s suspension, former RHOA star Kandi Burruss came to her defense.

“I don’t like the fact that they suspended Kenya. I know a lot of people were like, ‘she shouldn’t have shown that,’ but this is housewives,” Burruss said during an interview on Streetz Morning Takeover.

How many times have we done something that you think somebody shouldn’t do? So who made the rules? Why do you all of a sudden have such an issue with somebody doing something crazy to somebody?

Farewell Team Twirl

Kenya Moore took to Twitter a short while ago with a message for her fans:

  1. I haven’t watched the show in a couple of years but without Kenya or Kandi I definitely won’t be watching.
