Jada Pinkett Smith confirmed legal action will be taken against the man who is spreading rumors about a sexual relationship between Will Smith and Duane Martin.
Brother Bilaal, the alleged former assistant and former friend of Will, claimed in a recent interview that he walked in on the Oscar-winning actor engaged in a sex act with Duane years ago.

During an appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” where she was promoting her new memoir, Worthy, Jada Pinkett Smith said that the rumors are the end result of a shakedown for money.
It’s ridiculous and it’s nonsense. And this is a person that tried a money shakedown that didn’t work. We’re going to take legal action.
Because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So, that’s actionable.
So, we’re going to roll with that.
She added, “It’s not true. We’re going to take care of it. And that’s that.”
Jada Pinkett Smith shared that the fallout between Will and Brother Bilaal stems from a business deal that went wrong.
She also stated that Will was going to pay off Bilaal, but he refused the money.
It’s based around this person’s idea that they in some way were doing business around Will’s book and that they spent money or what have you and that they needed to be compensated.
So, he already tried to do this money shakedown. Will was willing to give him a certain amount and he didn’t take it. So, this whole situation is based on that.
When asked why Will Smith would be willing to pay the shakedown, Jada responded:
Because of some business that they had. I don’t know the complete details about it, but that’s about to come out because like I told you we’re about to take legal action.
We are. For sure.
According to Jada Pinkett Smith, Will is taking the tomfoolery in stride.
Here’s one good thing about Will…he’s always going to find the funny. You know what I’m saying?
She added, “It’s absolutely ridiculous so all you have…you have to just laugh about it.”

What’s really sad in all of this is that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been the subject of so many rumors over the years that they have denied and later admitted to (in memoirs) that people have come to believe anything about them.
