Tory Lanez appeared in court on Tuesday (October 13) on charges related the the July shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion.
The rapper did not physically appear in court, he checked in by phone.
His attorney, Shawn Holley (pictured below), requested a continuance in the case and the judge granted it, therefore Tory did not have to enter a plea today.
His arraignment has been rescheduled for November 18.
The judge issued an order of protection against Tory restricting him from coming within 100 yards of Megan and he cannot contact her for any reason.
Tory must also turn in all of his weapons.
His bail was set at $192,000 and he is expected to post bail through the bondsman who was present in court.
