Tiffany Haddish was arrested early Friday morning and charged and DUI after she allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel in Beverly Hills.
The 43-year-old comedian and actress was slumped over the wheel fast asleep in the middle of Beverly Drive with the car running around 5:45 a.m.
Thankfully, Tiffany wasn’t involved in a car accident.
Police arrived and took her into custody after receiving a call about a car in the middle of the street.
Prior to her arrest, Tiffany Haddish performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood on Thursday night for their 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community.
But, drinking and driving is no laughing matter.
She is expected to be released later today.
This isn’t the first time Tiffany Haddish was arrested for DUI.
You may recall that Tiffany was arrested in Atlanta for DUI in January 2022.
Much like her recent arrest, someone contacted the Peachtree City Police Department about someone sleeping behind the wheel.
When police arrived, they found Tiffany Haddish pulling into a nearby neighborhood.
She was arrested for DUI and improper stopping on the roadway.
Tiffany is scheduled to go to trial in that case on December 4, 2023.
Hopefully, Tiffany Haddish will get herself together before she hurts herself or someone else.
