Shalon Jackson took to the streets of TikTok with his final response to his mother, Mo’Nique, where he addressed her posting their text messages, as well as his mental health.
When Shalon initially spoke out about Mo’Nique’s “Club Shay Shay” interview, she and Sidney took to Instagram Live to defend themselves.

But, Shalon Jackson said their behavior only solidified what he said about them in his initial video.
I find it unique that my video was in response to my mother and not her husband, but yet he still had the most to say, which isn’t uncommon.
I also find it unfortunate that my mother does not seem to speak on her own.
The only two worlds that I know where “’daddy’ is used is for children speaking with their fathers and women acknowledging their pimps.
Her husband starts off by doing literally the very thing that they would do that honestly kinda made me feel like their response was ironic because he validate my original video.
Either A – she has some newfound moment of clarity or B – she retreats back to ‘Daddy.’

On Valentine’s Day, Mo’Nique took to Instagram and shared text messages between her and Shalon along with the caption:

Shalon Jackson Addresses Text Messages & His Mental Health
In his final response video, Shalon Jackson addressed his mother for posting their text messages and how she compromised the privacy of his daughter’s grandparents in doing so.
He also addressed their claims that he suffers from mental illness and called them out for their actions.
I guess the intelligent thing to do in assuming your son is having a mental episode is to post personal screenshots of text messages that are three years old in an attempt to validate a false narrative as if they are some type of receipt.
You also invaded the privacy of my daughter’s grandparents by posting your receipts.
Neither of you should ever speak on mental health again if you thought that that idea was a good one.
As a person who lives with mental health issues let me be the first to educate you that there are individuals who have taken their lives, harmed, and also taken the lives of others for doing the very thing that you so proudly did and your fanbase pats you on the back for, which is very telling how strangers will buy into your toxicity.
