Reginae Carter took to the streets of Twitter with a message for the “aunties” who are mad about her receiving a promise ring from her boyfriend, Armon Warren.
The beautiful 24-year-old daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Johnson-Rushing recently celebrated her and Armon’s six-month anniversary.
Armon gave Reginae a beautiful promise ring to commemorate his love and devotion to her.
The happy couple captured and shared the sweet moment via YouTube.
Apparently, some folks had a negative response to the gesture and Reginae Carter took to Twitter to address it.
She tweeted, “Y’all old asses mad at my promise ring but been in 10-year relationships with a bunch of broken promises.”
“Get you somebody to take care of your time not waste it aunties ❤️,” she added.

One person responded to the tweet writing, “Girl bye he only with you to build his status 🙄”
Others took to their timelines to question why anyone would hate on a young lady who is happy and in love.
Now, y’all know Toya Johnson-Rushing don’t play about her baby.
It was just a little while ago that she gathered DJ Akademiks for speaking on Reginae.
But, as of now, Toya has not addressed the chatter around her daughter’s promise ring.
