According to police, two guys smashed through a rear door to gain entry, ransacked the home, and left with at least two bags of the legendary Queensbridge rapper’s belongings.
The two men were spotted on a Ring camera as they were leaving, by members of Nas’ team, but by the time the police arrived, the thieves were long gone.
Reportedly, there was no one at the residence at the time of the burglary.
Nas was in New York City at an album release party for his new album, King’s Disease III, which was released on Friday (November 11).
According to sources, Nas is still out of town.
Once he returns to his Calabasas home, he will have to do a proper inventory check of what items were stolen so the police can know what they’re looking for.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.
