On Wednesday, the news broke that Tory Lanez’s driver, Jauquan Smith, filed an affidavit adding another version of what happened the night Megan Thee Stallion was shot.
According to Jauquan, Kelsey Harris and Megan got into a physical altercation after it was revealed that Tory Lanez was sleeping with both of them.
Jauquan Smith says he broke up the fight and moved Megan towards the back of the SUV.
He claims he then saw Kelsey with the gun in hand and Tory ran over to take it from her.
As the two struggled over the gun, it went off, but he did not see who fired the shot.
He noted that he was not able to share this information during the trial because the district attorney was not prepared to cross-examine him.

You may recall that during the trial, Kelsey Harris pleaded the fifth and was granted immunity in Tory Lanez’s criminal trial.
Megan Thee Stallion also addressed that in her Instagram Live video.
The rapper, who said she is trying to move on from being shot the best she can, noted that Tory’s attempts at a new trial have been denied so now they are “trying to pull s— out the air.”
“Y’all defending somebody who didn’t even take the stand and defend they self.”
Megan went on to address her ex-bestie, Kelsey Harris.
“Y’all trying to pretend like Kelsey shot me. Kelsey didn’t f— shoot me!”
Meg shared that Kelsey’s main issue with her after the incident was that she wouldn’t get online and say Kelsey didn’t shoot her.
“But, now you won’t even get online and defend yourself. So, that really just proves my points. Either you took some money or your life is in danger. Like why won’t you get online and say s—?!”
The “Savage” rapper posed the same question to Tory Lanez.
If you say you didn’t shoot me why won’t you get on the stand and say, ‘I didn’t shoot this b—?!’ You said it online every day.
You figured out how to get your n— to say you didn’t do it, you figured out how to get the blogs to say you didn’t do it, but the one motherf— that it matter from was you.
You should have said, ‘I didn’t do it. Kelsey did it.’ If she did it, why wouldn’t you just say she did it?
Megan added, “Kelsey, if you did not do it, why won’t you just say, ‘I did not do it?’
