Christian Combs, Diddy’s youngest son, has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at his father’s 2022 New Year’s Eve yacht party.
The alleged victim, Grace O’Marciagh, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles.
In the suit, Grace alleges she was working as a steward on the yacht and Christian Combs immediately showed an interest in her.
According to Grace O’Marciagh, Christian had her take a shot of liquor in the studio on the yacht and she immediately suspected it was spiked.
She says Christian was trying to kiss and grope her, but she was able to fight him off.
The lawsuit states Grace recorded audio of her turning down Christian’s advances.
Christian Combs then insisted Grace find him somewhere to sleep so she led him to the theater.
She claims once they entered the studio, Christian attempted to force her to perform a sex act on him and she had to fight him off again.
The lawsuit also includes photos of her alleged injuries – bruises on her forearms.
Grace also alleges she saw Diddy onboard the yacht with “sex workers” and she saw the music mogul expose himself to Yung Miami during a game of “Resha Roulette.”
According to the lawsuit, Hulu cameras were rolling and captured the moment.

This seems to be the same yacht party where Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones alleged he was sexually assaulted by Cuba Gooding Jr.
Both Lil Rod and Grace O’Marciagh have the same attorney – Tyrone Blackburn (but more on him later).
Grace is suing Christian Combs for sexual assault, but she is also suing Diddy for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault.
Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, told TMZ:
We have not seen this woman’s claim but I’m sure we can expect the same kind of manufactured lies we’ve come to expect from Tyrone Blackburn and his clients, just as we saw in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit – which has yet to be served.”
He adds, they learned about the lawsuit “the same way anyone hears about Mr. Blackburn’s filings: through the media.
Christian Combs appears unfazed by the mounting legal issues against him and his father.
He celebrated his 26th birthday on April 1, and took to social media writing, “Can’t stop won’t stop ! Birthday vibes was lit !🔥 🎉”
