Reality star Chrisean Rock is in hot water, facing a potential eight-year prison sentence following her June arrest and subsequent extradition to Oklahoma on drug-related charges.
According to arrest documents obtained by XXL, the 24-year-old is currently being held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center in Vinita, Oklahoma.
She faces serious charges: failure to have a tax stamp affixed on controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with the intent to distribute.
Each charge could land her up to four years behind bars.
Oklahoma law defines CDS as controlled substances, which include narcotics, amphetamines, and other opiates.
As per the Law Firm of Oklahoma, possessing marijuana or CDS with intent to distribute is a felony offense, carrying a minimum sentence of two years in prison and a potential fine of $20,000.
Chrisean’s legal troubles began in June 2024 when she was arrested during rapper Blueface’s court hearing in Los Angeles.
She was extradited to Oklahoma due to an outstanding warrant related to her 2022 drug charges.
Adding another layer to this dramatic saga, Chrisean is the mother of a baby boy, Chrisean Jesus Malone Jr., who will turn one in September.
The child’s father, rapper Blueface, (real name Johnathan Jamall Porter) is also currently in jail in Los Angeles but is expected to be released soon, according to his manager, Wack 100.
The next few months will be crucial for Chrisean Rock as she navigates these severe legal challenges while balancing her responsibilities as a mother.
