The Phoenix Suns have agreed to acquire Chris Paul in a trade deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will receive Ricky Rubio, Kelly Oubre Jr., Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque, and a 2021 first-round pick, and the Phoenix Suns will acquire Chris Paul and Abdel Nader.
The Oklahoma City Thunder appear to be clearing house because they also traded shooting guard Dennis Schroder to the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Phoenix Suns shocked the world by going 8-0 in the NBA Bubble before the start of the playoffs, despite going undefeated in the bubble they failed to make the playoffs because their regular season record was not good enough for them to secure the 8th spot in the Western Conference.
