BET Studios has announced an expanded exclusive overall deal with creator, comedian, actress, and executive producer Patricia “Ms. Pat” Williams-Lee, strengthening a partnership that has become one of the network’s biggest success stories.
Under the new multi-year agreement, Ms. Pat will continue developing, writing, producing, and starring in original programming for BET and Paramount platforms, while also gaining the ability to sell content to third-party studios.

Fans can also look forward to more episodes of “Ms. Pat Settles It,” which returns for the second half of Season 3 on Monday, June 30, at 9 p.m. ET/CT.
Aisha Summers-Burke, Executive Vice President and Head of Creative at BET Studios, called Ms. Pat “one of the most distinctive voices working in television today,” while BET President Louis Carr praised her authentic storytelling and cultural impact.
