The Migos rapper, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, set it off for his queen by filling up their home with a gorgeous floral display and candles.

Cardi B and Offset quietly tied the knot on September 20, 2017.
The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, on July 10, 2018, and their son, Wave Set Cephus, on September 4, 2021.
Offset is also a proud papa to Jordan, Kody, Kalea Cephus, from his previous relationships.
