Atlanta Rapper Lil Marlo Fatally Shot In ‘Targeted Attack’

Atlanta rapper Lil Marlo was fatally shot late Saturday night in what police believe was a targeted attack. 

Marlo, real name Rudolph Johnson, was found dead in a vehicle on Interstate 285 near the Benjamin E. Mays Drive overpass around 11:30 p.m.

Police were initially called to a single-vehicle accident when they discovered the rapper’s body. 

He was just 30-years-old.

Marlo was affiliated with Quality Control Music, a label with acts like Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, and City Girls.

Yachty took to Instagram in disbelief writing, “We just did a song a 4 this morning smh rip brother @lilmarlo_1 ?

Marlo leaves behind two children.
