Apple TV+ has just unveiled the highly anticipated trailer for “Lady in the Lake,” a riveting seven-part limited series starring Academy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Natalie Portman and Emmy Award nominee Moses Ingram.

A Gripping Plot Set In 1960s Baltimore

Set against the backdrop of 1966 Baltimore, “Lady in the Lake” centers around the mysterious disappearance of a young girl on Thanksgiving, an event that sets off a series of dramatic and life-altering events.

The series follows the intersecting lives of two women: Maddie Schwartz, played by Natalie Portman, and Cleo Johnson, portrayed by Moses Ingram.

Maddie Schwartz is a Jewish housewife yearning to escape her secretive past and reinvent herself as an investigative journalist.

As Maddie delves deeper into Cleo’s life and untimely death, the chasm between their worlds widens, bringing to light the perilous stakes involved in their pursuit of truth and justice.
