Apparently, 2025 has been handing out uppercuts left and right. Althea Heart has had a rough year, and she is no longer keeping any of it to herself.
Over the past several days, Althea has taken to social media to air out ongoing personal issues, including financial struggles and continued co-parenting tension with Benzino.
According to her own posts, she claims she was impacted by a bad real estate deal that resulted in the loss of her home and a Chapter 11 filing.
At the same time, long-standing baby mama and baby daddy drama with Benzino appears to still be very much unresolved.
In one Instagram post, Althea shared screenshots of what she alleges are text messages between herself and Benzino.
In the messages, she claims he threatened legal consequences if she came to his home to pick up their son, Zino.
In the caption, Althea wrote:
It’s sad for a man to be jealous of how his son and kids mother live. Wow. You see it.
I wanted to live like a star!! I been living like a star way BEFORE you since 15!! It’s sad. So dame sad. 😔.
But I’m not hiding nothing nor do I care . #2025 did me dirty!!
I’m really upset about what I had built wasn’t for me. It was for the legacy of my son.
Some people will never understand the importance of building, wealth or simple things as Life Insurance you can’t expect an idiot who rather spend money on weed than buy his kid life insurance to understand anything so all well 🤷🏽♀️💯🐍😈💔
You can never expose me. You didn’t even contribute to how your son was living!

She continued:
One thing about me in my life I’m not gonna sugarcoat nothing so before anybody tried to expose me I’m gonna expose it All!
I’ll be there Monday jerk face!!! You can not keep a kid from his mother especially not a dad like you…
While the co-parenting dispute alone sparked conversation, it was a separate post that truly sent social media into a frenzy.
Althea later shared another screenshot of an alleged text exchange and made an unverified claim involving Bobby V.
The accusation was presented without evidence and has not been independently confirmed.
In the caption of the post Althea Heart wrote:

As of publication, no proof has been provided to support the allegation, and Bobby V has not publicly responded to Althea’s claim.
