Flo Rida’s 6-year-old son, Zohar Paxton, was seriously injured three weeks ago after he fell from his mother’s 5th-floor apartment in New Jersey

Alexis Adams filmed an eight-page lawsuit in Hudson County Superior Court on Monday against Pitch Perfect 74 LLC Goldberg Management and Carlos Machado claiming the building was equipped with “windows that posed a hazardous condition and/or by installing incorrect sized guards,” which allowed the boy to fall to the concrete pavement below.

The lawsuit states Zohar “has incurred and in the future will incur expenses for his treatment of injuries, has been disabled and in the future will be disabled and not be able to perform his usual functions, and has been and in the future will be caused great pain and suffering.”

Alexis Adams told the Daily Voice:

As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare.

My heart is broken into a million pieces.

It is devastating to see my child go through such pain and trauma knowing that this could’ve been avoided.

Zohar remains in intensive care with a shattered pelvis, lacerated liver, and collapsed lungs.

Since his birth in September 2016, Zohar has struggled with hydrocephalus.

According to the Hydrocephalus Association, is a neurological disorder caused by an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within cavities of the brain called ventricles, resulting in pressure on the brain.

The lawsuit demands “damages, together with interest, attorney’s fees, costs of suit, payment of all medical bills, and any other relief the court deems just.”
