21 Savage shook up the hip-hop world a few weeks ago by questioning Nas’ relevancy in a Clubhouse chat, but both rappers have done a song together to let the world know that there is no beef.
Listen to the audio from the Clubhouse chat below:
21 Savage received major backlash on Twitter for questioning Nas’ relevancy, and a few of rap’s elite also spoke out in support of Nas.
Soon after getting dragged for disrespecting one of Hip Hop’s legends, 21 started to walk his statement back, claiming that people were “tryna take stuff and run with it.”
Godson himself never responded publicly to 21’s accusations, but it’s no surprise that he was working behind the scenes to extend an olive branch to 21 to help a young misinformed MC witness greatness on a song with him.
Reportedly, Nas’ brother Jungle wanted to take another approach, but he is now celebrating the collaboration along with DJ Khaled and Peter Rosenberg.

The way Nas handled this situation exemplifies his greatness.
He shared the news of his collaboration with 21 dropping on his Instagram account along with the caption:
Nas x @21savage TONIGHT Only way we moving is with love, respect and unity. The foundational principles of hip hop. Excited to collaborate with my young brother and I hope more artist use turbulent moments and turn them into a time to make new art. That’s what it’s about.

Coi Leray took to Twitter to celebrate the way Nas handled the situation.
The raptress tweeted, “Y’all see what Nas did? Now that’s how the f**k you do it !!!! Love always wins !!!! Why down play the next artist when you can uplift them and come together … solid !!!!”
