Triple H is recovering after suffering a “cardiac event.”
The 52-year-old wrestling legend, real name Paul Levesque, had an episode that was triggered by a genetic heart issue.
He underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut.
The good news is Triple H is expected to make a full recovery.
WWE released the following statement on Wednesday (September 8):
Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event. The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery.

Levesque, who is married to WWE chief brand officer Stephanie McMahon, hasn’t wrestled since 2019.
He is part of WWE’s management team.
He works as the company’s executive vice president of global talent strategy and development, which includes him being the executive producer of the NXT and NXT UK brands.
