MC Lyte has dropped the official music video for her new single, “Woman,” featuring Salt, Big Daddy Kane, and Raheem DeVaughn.
The single, which arrived during Women’s History Month, is produced by the legendary Warryn Campbell.
MC Lyte took to Instagram writing:
It’s been years since I’ve released music.
I waited because I wanted the music to be meaningful and impactful.
What better subject than an ode to women.
Though we are very different from one another, one thing we all have in common is we are deserving of respect!!!
So excited to join forces with these Iconic Hip Hop Giants!! 🔥
