You may remember that Russell Simmons, the 66-year-old co-founder of the iconic hip-hop label Def Jam, moved to Bali years ago following numerous sexual misconduct allegations.
Usher fans are puzzled, questioning why, after the success of his Las Vegas residency and Super Bowl Halftime Show performance, he would risk his reputation by associating with Russell Simmons.
One person tweeted, “Russell Simmons is a r!pist and Usher has chosen to be in his presence as a friend. So it’s f— him too. And yes, this is a recent video!”
