According to NFL Network insider, Ian Rapoport, Cam signed a one-year deal worth $10 million, with $4.5 million fully guaranteed and a $1.5 million roster bonus.
The Panthers starting QB Sam Donald has been nursing a shoulder injury leaving the door open for Cam’s return.
Tha Panthers drafted Cam number one in the 2011 NFL draft, and he led the team to the Super Bowl in 2015, winning the NFL MVP in the process.
Twitter is clowning the Panthers franchise for not trusting in Cam’s ability from the beginning.
