Celebrity divorces are dropping this fall like leaves off of trees, and according to sources 7-time Super Bowl Champion quarterback Tom Brady and his Brazilian supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen have retained divorce lawyers.

Reportedly, the couple has been living separately for the past couple of months after a huge argument.

A source close to the situation stated:

I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is.

I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.

Tom and Gisele have been married since February 2009, and they share a son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9, and Brady has a 15-year-old son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.

The couple plans to share joint custody once they are separated, as they both are very involved in their children’s lives.

Gisele made it very clear that she wanted Tom to retire from the NFL and spend more time with the family.

She convinced him to retire in 2021, but it was short-lived because he decided to return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 2022 season.

Popular opinion is that Tom’s love for football has a lot to do with his marriage reportedly coming to an end, but sources close to Gisele said it is “sexist” to say the split is because Brady came out of retirement.

As with many marriages, it’s not just one thing. Gisele has made it clear that she worried about Tom playing football and that they had had many talks about it.

But they have had a series of blowups over the past few years, and this time it looks like there’s no going back.

Reportedly, Bündchen has been staying in Miami, and it’s not known where Tom’s living quarters are located.
