Tiffany Haddish has been banned from drinking and she must submit to weekly drug tests following her second DUI arrest.
The order was imposed last week by a Georgia judge who is presiding over the case from the comedian and Girls Trip star’s DUI arrest in Peachtree City on January 12, 2022.
I previously reported someone contacted the Peachtree City Police Department about someone sleeping behind the wheel.

When police arrived, they found Tiffany Haddish pulling into a nearby neighborhood.
She was arrested for DUI and improper stopping on the roadway.
While awaiting trial in that case, Tiffany was arrested and charged with DUI again on November 24, 2023.
Police found the 43-year-old slumped over the wheel fast asleep in the middle of Beverly Drive with the car running around 5:45 a.m.
Georgia prosecutors asked that Tiffany Haddish’s bond be modified to include a provision stating she cannot drink and must be drug tested.
Restricted drugs include hemp products including CBD.
Testing will also include EtG and EtS.
EtG and EtS can be used as indicators of alcohol use.
The main difference between EtG and alcohol is that EtG can be found in urine samples much longer than alcohol in the blood or breath.
Tiffany Haddish can take prescription drugs within the therapeutic limit.
Her arrest in Beverly Hills is still under investigation by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
Tiffany joins singer Danileigh and Justin Combs, who were also arrested for DUI this year.
