Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have reached a simple settlement in their divorce that does not include any payments of spousal or child support.

Tia and Cory met on the set of their film, Hollywood Horror, and dated for six years before tying the knot in 2008.

TheSister, Sister” star left everyone stunned when she filed for divorce from the “All American: Homecoming” actor in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage.

In a statement, Tia wrote:

I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways.

These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness.

We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children.

I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.

Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict had entered into a prenuptial agreement, which already outlined issues concerning splitting up property, assets, and child support.

According to The Blast, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Cree, 11, and Cairo, 5.

Tia will keep the family home in Studio City, and she and Cory will split all of the expenses for the kids.

Their divorce settlement also includes a clause regarding “new romantic partners” that prohibits them from introducing the children to their new boos right away.

It clause states:

Each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months.

Tia Mowry recently debuted her big chop and shared, ”This haircut represents so much more than just a change in appearance; it’s a symbol of self-discovery and embracing the beauty of vulnerability ❤️”

I wish Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict the very best in the new chapters of their lives.
