Kim Jeong reacted to former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani being unmasked as the Jack in the Box contestant on “The Masked Singer” by walking off the set in disgust.
After the reveal, host Nick Cannon questioned the former mayor about why he wanted to do the show given the controversy that’s surrounding him.
Well, Mr. Giuliani with all the controversy that’s surrounding you right now I think it surprises us all that you’re here on ‘The Masked Singer.’
What made you decide to do this?
The camera quickly pans to Kim Jeong as he crosses his arms in anticipation of Mr. Giuliani’s answer.
Mr. Giuliani responds:
I guess the main reason is I just had a granddaughter, Grace, and I want her to know that you should try everything.
Even things that are completely unlike you, and unlikely.
I couldn’t think of anything more unlike me and unlikely than this.
And I enjoy the show, and I have for years.
And it just seemed like it would be fun, and I don’t get to have a lot of fun.
As Mr. Giuliani performs his exit song, the camera pans back to Kim Jeong, and you hear him say, “I’m done,” before he walks off in disgust.
