SZA has kicked off the freakin weekend with the release of her cinematic official music video for her new single, “Shirt.”
The Dave Meyers visual reunites the singer with actor LaKeith Stanfield, who also starred in SZA’s “I Hate U” video.
The “Shirt” film takes you on a whirlwind shoot-em-up-bang-bang love story that feels like a crockpot of Queen and Slim, Bonnie and Clyde, and Harley Quinn and the Joker!
In less than 12 hours, the video has garnered over 750,000 views and is the no. 1 trending video on YouTube!
SZA took to social media to thank everyone who came together to bring the “Shirt” video and single to life.
SHIRT OUT NOW! On all platforms + Lil surprise at the end ?.
