The singer marked the occasion on Instagram, sharing a carousel of photos that included stunning shots of herself, nostalgic throwback pics, and a cherished photo of her parents.
In the caption, Lelee wrote:
It’s My Birthday!!!! 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
I can’t begin to explain how blessed I am to have made it to #51 years of life.
With all of the mistakes I’ve made during my journey, none will ever outweigh my successes.
It has taken me so long to realize that I am enough, and I’m believing every@unite of it.
Although it’s my birthday, I can’t celebrate today without celebrating my mother in heaven, who said I was her miracle baby.
Having me at 45 years old, my mom spoke into my life while I was in her womb, saying this baby was gonna be successful.
She didn’t know how—she just knew something.
For that mommy, I honor you for having me, loving me, and staying around just long enough to see it manifest!
