The new season of “Family or Fiancé” premieres tonight on OWN and I couldn’t be more excited!
“Family or Fiancé” follows the dynamic between eight engaged couples who bring their disapproving families together for three days under one roof, some for the first time. The clock is ticking as the couples must decide if they’re going to tie the knot or if the nuptial hopes end there.
On Wednesday, I had the opportunity to attend “Cocktails and Conversations with Tracy McMillian” at The Gathering Spot in Atlanta.

Tracy is a relationship expert who counsels the couples and their families through their issues and concerns on the show.
Members of Atlanta’s media and press dined on a delicious lunch and sipped signature cocktails as Tracy gave us the scoop on the new season of “Family or Fiancé” and she dropped plenty of gems on dating and self-care.
