Q Parker from the R&B group 112 took to social media on Sunday to extend an olive branch to his former group members Marvin “Slim” Scandrick and Michael Keith.

In the video, Q said he had a heavy heart after learning of the passing of Irish Grinstead from 702 and the recent car crash that Jagged Edge R&B group member Brandon Cassey was involved in.

Q Parker reached out to his former group members Slim and Mike to let them know that it’s beyond music and he would like to talk to them.

112 Split In 2018

You may recall we previously reported 112 split in August of 2018, with Slim and Michael Keith moving forward as a group.

Q. Parker and Daron Jones said that they would take their half of 112 and move forward as they see fit.

After the split, Slim filed a trademark on the 112 name and filed a lawsuit against Q and Daron over the use of the 112 name.

In October 2021, Slim won a $100,000 default judgment against his former group members.

To this day, Slim Scandrick and Michael Keith have been touring under the 112 moniker with two other dudes dancing on stage.

Diddy Returns Their Publishing

Slim recently spoke with TMZ about receiving his publishing back from Diddy.

Q Parker Extends An Olive Branch To Slim & Mike

At the end of the day, tomorrow isn’t promised.

It’s time to put petty beefs and differences aside and make amends.

Q Parker captioned his video:

The universe has a way of showing us that it’s in control. Our job is to serve, be kind, and just do good.

This news really rocked me to the point that I assessed beyond any profession, beyond any amount of money…… how are your relationships with the people you love!

I can honestly say that if anything were to happen to my band members I would be F**KED UP and the constant question would remain in my head, Q, did you do enough to mend the relationship! @officialslim_ @michaelkeith112 CALL ME BACK.

Watch below as Q extends an olive branch.

Hopefully, Slim and Mike will return Q Parker’s call and Daron Jones will complete the 112 brotherhood.

112 recorded three platinum albums with Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment between 1996 – 2001.

The group won a Grammy in 1997 in the Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group category for featuring on Diddy’s “I’ll Be Missing You” with Faith Evans.
