NeNe Leakes blasted Porsha Williams via Instagram after her former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star refused to work with her on an upcoming episode of “The Upshaws” on Netflix.
In a lengthy Instagram Story, NeNe detailed how she was offered an opportunity to guest star on the hit comedy series alongside Porsha.
She also expressed how excited she was to not only be on the show but to see Porsha and catch up.
But, after NeNe Leakes arrived in Los Angeles and did a run-through on the set with a stand-in, she was asked if she had issues with any other “Housewives.”
In an unexpected turn of events, Cynthia Bailey recast Porsha Williams’ part on “The Upshaws.”
NeNe revealed her management later informed her that Porsha pulled out of the role because she did not want to work with her.
“Porsha did not show up to work and had said that she did not want to work with me. That we had issues from the past and she did not want to work with me.”
“I am more than disappointed,” NeNe added. “I am shocked that Porsha would go to a production company and say that she doesn’t want to work with me because we’ve had a lot of issues in the past.”
NeNe Leakes said she reached out to Porsha Williams via text to find out what the heck was going on.
Porsha responded by saying, “I’m going through a divorce and you reach out to lil sis.”
“ARE YOU SERIOUS?!,” NeNe Leakes said.
NeNe expressed that Porsha Williams and Simon Guoabadia’s divorce hit so fast that she thought they were merely having a fight and would eventually work things out.

She also noted how she fought for Porsha to remain on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” during her divorce from Kordell Stewart and after she put the paws on Kenya Moore.
NeNe closed out her video with this last note:
“The bottom line is Porsha did not want to share the spotlight. That’s it. Professionals can share the spotlight. Porsha is not a star. She is a Bravo-lebrity. Be clear.”

Porsha Williams seemingly responded to NeNe Leakes’ video by posting pics and videos of herself and her “bestie” Shamea Morton “Living Life Like It’s Golden” in LA.
Take note that Porsha began her caption with a “star.”
At the end of the day, Porsha Williams has the right to work with whomever she chooses and Netflix had the option to keep NeNe Leakes and replace her.
