Marshall Glaze is engaged to be married! The “Love Is Blind” Season 4 star announced his engagement to Dr. Chay Barnes on Tuesday (January 23).
According to his Instagram post accompanied by lovely engagement photos, Marshall, an ambassador of healthy masculinity, popped the question to the advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) on December 23, 2023.
The caption on the announcement post reads, “The journey to ‘Happily Ever After’ started on 12.23.23 ❤️💍 #engagement”

Marshall Glaze and Dr. Chay Barnes began dating around August 2022 after the dust settled from his (toxic and traumatic) experience on Netflix’s hit dating series, “Love Is Blind.”
You may recall that Marshall thought he had found true love in the pods with Jackie Bonds.
But, after proposing, Marshall Glaze unknowingly unlocked a level of drama with Jackie Bonds that he (or any of us) had anticipated.

After his engagement went sour, Marshall attempted to spin the block with Kacia Clark, another cast mate from “Love Is Blind” Season 4, to no avail.
That’s when it became evident that Marshall Glaze needed to take time to heal, shut out all of the noise, and put all of his “Love Is Blind” baggage behind him.

Marshall and Chay dated quietly and out of the spotlight for almost a year before going Instagram official with a game of Uno.
Lord willing, they will be dropping Draw Fours on each other for the rest of their lives.
