In the Season 5 premiere of “Love & Hip Hop Miami,” Safaree and Amara La Negra decide to go public with their relationship.
Early in the episode, people were asking both Amara and Safaree if the rumors about them being in a relationship were true, and they both claimed they were just good friends.
Amara eventually revealed the truth after a kissing scene she had with Safaree.
Okay, okay, I admit it, some of the rumors are true.
When Safaree was in Jamaica, he reached out to me, and he told me he was moving to Miami and he wanted me to show him around.
And then, um, he actually really started, you know, showing effort, like, buying me roses. Like, gifting jewelry and I was like, ‘Oh, wow!’
So far so good, no pressure! But, so good.

Later in the episode, Amara and Safaree decided to go public with their relationship at her twins’ birthday party.
Safaree presented the 1-year-old twin girls with Rolex watches before making a quick speech and kissing Amara in front of everyone at the birthday party:
I just want to spread love and make you feel appreciated.
Shay Johnson was completely caught off guard, but Bobby Lytes said he had a feeling that the rumors were true.

Anyone else remember how LOUD Amara Le Negra was about not being on Safaree’s “Hit List?”
