The wait is almost over! Paramount+ just announced that the thrilling second season of “Lioness,” created by Oscar nominee Taylor Sheridan, is set to premiere on Sunday, October 27, with a two-episode drop.
Exclusively available on Paramount+, the series continues to deliver intense espionage drama as it films in Texas.
Season 2 brings back the powerhouse cast led by Zoe Saldaña, who also serves as executive producer, alongside Laysla De Oliveira, Genesis Rodriguez, Michael Kelly, Oscar winner Morgan Freeman, and Nicole Kidman, who pulls double duty as both star and executive producer.
This season, as the CIA’s fight against terror hits closer to home, Joe (Saldaña), Kaitlyn (Kidman), and Byron (Kelly) recruit a new Lioness operative to tackle a fresh, unknown threat.
With mounting pressure, Joe confronts the deep personal costs of leading the Lioness program.
The stakes have never been higher with an ensemble including Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, Austin Hébert, Jonah Wharton, Thad Luckinbill, and Hannah Love Lanier.
Coming off its record-breaking first season as the most-watched series premiere on the platform, “Lioness” is part of Sheridan’s ever-growing slate on Paramount+, which also includes hits like “1883,” “Mayor of Kingstown,” and “1923.”
